Links Beyond This Site

Outbound links may lead to NNRJ, the Northumberland County Sheriff's Office, VADOC, courts, statutes, legal resources, federal locators, or third-party search providers. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control an outside service's content, privacy practices, prices, terms, results, or availability. Visitors should read the rules of each destination.

No Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or sufficient for a particular need. Partner results may omit or misidentify records.

Custody status, court entries, contacts, fees, and public portals can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement from NNRJ, the Sheriff's Office, VADOC, a court, or any government body.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent Virginia law allows, the site and its owners, operators, and content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside tool.

User Indemnification

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site, its operators, and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, misuse of information, or breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, logos, organization, and code belong to Northumberland County Released Inmates or the relevant content partner. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission, except where law permits.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page. Continued use after posting indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, with or without notice, including for misuse, security concerns, or conduct that threatens other users or the service.

Virginia Governing Law

Virginia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Virginia. Virginia FOIA rules govern covered public bodies, not this private site's own content.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
